Tuition & Fees

pictureThe non-refundable application fee is $145.00 and is payable to Dr. David J. Welsh at the time of the student/parent interview. This one time fee is for new students only and covers all costs associated with applying for admission, including an interview with Dr. David J. Welsh, consulting child psychologist.


Tuition is established by the Board of Directors of the Anderson Private School for the Gifted, Talented and Creative. Due to the difficult financial circumstances faced by many families during this time, tuition for the next school year will not be increased. Tuition for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 academic school years is as follows:

Grade pre-K & K:$8,214.00 (60%) per academic year (for children 4 & 5 years of age.)

Grades 1-12: $13,690.00 per academic year. [$8,214.00 (60%) for the first semester in attendanceĀ andĀ $5,476.00 (40%) for the second semester in attendance]

Tuition Payment Options

Payment Option No. 1

Pay 100% of tuition
for the academic year upon notification of acceptance.

Payment Option No. 2

Pay 60% of tuition upon notification of acceptance with 40% due on or prior to November 1,  2012. There a $1,000.00 surcharge for this option.

Payment Option No. 3

A monthly payment plan is available with approval of the Board of Directors. If approved, there is a $1,200.00 surcharge for this option. Nine (9) payments of $1,654.44 will be due on the first day of each month. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed if payment is made five days after it is due.

In order to receive approval from the Board of Directors, you must establish automatic monthly bank withdraw through a checking account. Dr. Nelson Eichman, Director of Finance, is available to help you.

 

Payment plans or arrangements other than the options listed above are not available.

All major Credit cards are now accepted for the monthly and for the 60/40% payment plans.

Your canceled check is your receipt.

Please note: There are also additional charges for books, supplies, fees for testing, expenses related to study/fun trips and adventure trips, uniforms, and other expenses. These charges and fees are billed separately to parents from the school or vendors.

Refunds: All tuition and fees are non-refundable / non-transferable.
